Nuneaton Labour Party Nuneaton Labour is the branch of the UK Labour Party covering the Nuneaton Constituency.
Cllr Chris Watkins encourages residents to give feedback to Labour:
“May 2021 was a tough set of elections for Labour in Nuneaton & Bedworth. Labour lost control of the Borough Council to the Conservatives. As a party, we understand that we lost the trust of many residents, and that going forward, we must listen to residents and learn tough lessons to regain that trust.
The Nuneaton and Bedworth Labour group is now under new management, with myself as group leader, and Cllr Makayla Rudkin as deputy. We know that there is much work to be done locally. As part of our process of renewal locally, we want to reach out directly to residents and use their feedback to build a better local Labour Party. That is why our Labour group is proud to be supporting ‘Labour Listens’, a consultation with residents across our Borough. We want to hear from as many residents as possible and be able to have an open and honest discussion about how we move forward.
To complete the Labour Listens survey online, follow this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/nunbedlabourlistens . The survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete.
One thing that will not change is our commitment to making Nuneaton & Bedworth a Borough where everyone can do well. I am proud to have grown up in this Borough and to have lived and worked here all my life. We will continue to hold the Conservative controlled Borough Council to account as a responsible opposition.”
