On Thursday 4th July 2024, Jodie Gosling made history as she became the first Labour MP for Nuneaton constituency since May 2010. Jodie defeated incumbent Tory MP, Marcus Jones, on a massive swing of 19% – one of the biggest swings in Nuneaton’s history.

Jodie also became the first ever woman MP for Nuneaton, an historic moment in the history of our constituency.
